Service Description
Treatment Overview: This facial focuses on soothing sensitive skin using products free from irritants and allergens. The treatment calms redness, strengthens the skin’s barrier, and promotes overall health and hydration. Pre-Care: Avoid using harsh or exfoliating products for 72 hours before treatment. Cleanse your skin gently before your session. Inform your provider of any known allergies or sensitivities. Aftercare: Use only gentle, fragrance-free products post-treatment. Avoid sun exposure and apply SPF 30+ daily. Keep your skin hydrated with a nourishing moisturiser. Contraindications: Severe skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis in active flare-up. Recent exposure to harsh chemicals or irritants. Known allergies to any treatment products. Potential Complications: Rarely, mild redness or sensitivity may occur. Avoid excessive heat or strenuous activities for 24 hours. Skin Types Best Suited: Specifically designed for sensitive or reactive skin types.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
