What the journey looks like
The programme begins with a detailed gut health consultation covering digestive history, diet, stress patterns, sleep, and any investigations or diagnoses already in place. A programme of abdominal massage sessions is built from there, alongside personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations. The pace of the programme is adapted to the presenting symptoms — acute disturbance is approached differently from long-standing chronic patterns.
The blend — essential oils & their role
Every treatment uses a bespoke essential oil blend formulated specifically for this programme. Each oil is selected for its clinical relevance to the concern being addressed.
Peppermint — the most evidenced essential oil for IBS and digestive discomfort. Antispasmodic, cooling, and directly effective on the smooth muscle of the gut wall

Cardamom — soothing and warming for the digestive system. Calms the gut-brain tension that stress-related digestive issues are driven by
Roman chamomile — gentle antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory. Particularly effective for the cramping and urgency associated with stress-related gut disturbance
Blended into an olive, castor, and argan base and applied directly to the abdomen with specific technique. The warmth of the ginger and cardamom, combined with the antispasmodic properties of the peppermint and fennel, creates a blend that works both immediately and cumulatively.
