Service Description
Treatment Overview: This luxurious facial deeply hydrates and soothes dry skin, using advanced techniques and products to replenish lost moisture. Ideal for hormonal or seasonal skin changes, the treatment revitalises your complexion and boosts its natural glow. Pre-Care: Discontinue use of exfoliants or retinoids for 48 hours prior. Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Stay well-hydrated before your session. Aftercare: Use a gentle cleanser and hydrating moisturizer. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and apply SPF 30+ daily. Rehydrate your skin by drinking plenty of water. Contraindications: Active skin infections or severe sensitivity. Recent chemical peels or laser treatments (within 1 week). Known allergies to hydrating ingredients. Potential Complications: Mild redness may occur but should resolve within a few hours. Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area. Skin Types Best Suited: Perfect for dry, dehydrated, or mature skin, and beneficial for those experiencing hormonal or seasonal dryness.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
