Service Description
Treatment Overview: Profhilo Sculptura is an evolution of the Profhilo treatment, formulated with a denser hyaluronic acid concentration for deeper remodeling and contouring. This innovative treatment works beneath the surface to lift, tighten, and rejuvenate skin while enhancing hydration. It’s particularly effective for improving sagging, defining jawlines, and firming areas prone to loss of elasticity. Precare: Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and blood-thinning medications 24–48 hours before treatment. Discontinue retinol or active skincare products one week prior. Ensure the treatment area is clean and free of makeup. Aftercare: Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24–48 hours. Refrain from sun exposure, intense exercise, and heat treatments for 48 hours. Use a gentle skincare routine and apply sunscreen daily. Avoid active skincare ingredients for at least one week. Contraindications: Active infections, inflammation, or skin conditions in the treatment area. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Known allergies to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine. Possible Complications: Mild bruising, swelling, or redness at the injection sites, which typically resolves within a few days. Rare risks include prolonged sensitivity or uneven results. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
