Service Description
This facial is tailored for individuals over 35 who want to improve skin tone, texture, and elasticity. By stimulating collagen production through targeted techniques and high-performance ingredients, this treatment helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and restores skin vitality. Pre-Care: Avoid retinoids or exfoliating treatments for 48 hours prior. Stay hydrated and cleanse your skin before the appointment. Discontinue the use of active ingredients (like AHAs and BHAs) for a week before treatment. Aftercare: Apply SPF 50+ daily to protect your skin from UV exposure. Keep your skin hydrated with a nourishing moisturiser. Avoid excessive heat and intense workouts for 24 hours post-treatment. Contraindications: Active skin infections or open wounds. Recent chemical peels or laser treatments (within 2 weeks). Allergies to any active ingredients used during the treatment. Potential Complications: Mild redness or sensitivity may occur but should subside within a day. Avoid touching or applying heavy makeup immediately after the treatment. Skin Types Best Suited: Ideal for mature, dry, or combination skin seeking improved elasticity and a youthful radiance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
