Service Description
This facial targets overactive sebaceous glands to reduce excess oil and minimise breakouts. Using specialised products and techniques, the treatment cleanses pores, rebalances the skin, and restores hydration for a healthier appearance. Pre-Care: Avoid exfoliating or harsh products 48 hours prior. Refrain from wearing heavy makeup on the day of treatment. Hydrate your skin adequately before your session. Aftercare: Stick to a non-comedogenic moisturiser. Avoid touching your face unnecessarily. Apply SPF daily to protect your skin from UV damage. Contraindications: Active infections or severe acne flare-ups. Recent use of potent acne medications (like Accutane). Allergies to any of the active ingredients used. Potential Complications: Temporary redness or mild sensitivity may occur post-treatment. Avoid using additional exfoliants for 48 hours. Skin Types Best Suited: Ideal for oily, combination, and acne-prone skin.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
