Treatment Overview: The Nutri Neck Treatment delivers a blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to the deeper layers of the skin in the neck area. These nutrients hydrate and nourish the skin while stimulating collagen and elastin production to restore firmness and elasticity. By addressing specific concerns like crepiness, sagging, and fine lines, this treatment rejuvenates the neck, resulting in smoother, healthier, and more youthful-looking skin. Precare: Avoid alcohol, aspirin, or blood-thinning medications for 24–48 hours before the procedure. Refrain from applying active skincare products, such as retinol or exfoliants, for one week before treatment. Ensure the treatment area is clean and free of makeup or lotions on the day of your appointment. Aftercare: Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24–48 hours post-treatment. Refrain from sun exposure, heat treatments, or vigorous exercise for 48 hours. Apply a gentle moisturizer and sunscreen daily to protect and support healing. Avoid using active skincare ingredients for at least one week. Contraindications: Active infections, inflammation, or open wounds in the treatment area. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Known allergies to components in the treatment solution. Possible Complications: Mild swelling, redness, or tenderness at the injection sites, typically resolving within a few days. Rarely, localized irritation or prolonged sensitivity may occur. Benefits: Deeply hydrates and nourishes the delicate neck area. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
