Service Description
Treatment Overview: The Microneedling and Deep Dermis Treatment is a multi-layered approach to skin health. Microneedling initiates the skin’s natural healing response by creating controlled micro-injuries, enhancing collagen and elastin production. Mesotherapy delivers a carefully selected blend of active ingredients to the skin's surface for immediate nourishment. Using a cannula, the treatment concludes with the infusion of these serums directly into the deep dermis, ensuring hydration and rejuvenation at the structural level. This combination rejuvenates the skin from the inside out, addressing common signs of aging and skin damage. Precare: Discontinue active skincare ingredients, such as retinol or exfoliants, one week before treatment. Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and harsh facial treatments for 48 hours. Ensure skin is clean and free of makeup on the day of treatment. Aftercare: Avoid sun exposure, makeup, and strenuous activities for 48 hours post-treatment. Use gentle, non-irritating skincare and apply SPF 50 daily. Keep skin hydrated with a medical-grade moisturizer and drink plenty of water. Avoid active skincare ingredients (e.g., retinol, acids) for 5–7 days post-treatment. Contraindications: Active acne, skin infections, or open wounds. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or certain medical conditions (e.g., autoimmune disorders). Blood disorders or those on anticoagulant medications. Possible Complications: Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising around the cannula site. Rare risks include infection or prolonged irritation. Skincare/Benefits: Stimulates collagen and elastin, improving elasticity and reducing fine lines. Deep hydration and nourishment for radiant, glowing skin. Refines texture, minimizes pores, and enhances overall skin health. Best-Suited Skin Types: Suitable for most skin types, especially those experiencing aging, dehydration, uneven tone, or fine lines.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
