Aftercare Instructions Avoid retinoids and exfoliating products for 5–7 days. Apply SPF 30+ daily and minimise direct sun exposure for 1–2 weeks. Use gentle, hydrating products to maintain moisture. Avoid heat exposure (e.g., saunas or exercise) for 24–48 hours. Refrain from heavy makeup for at least 24 hours. Potential Side Effects Temporary redness or mild sensitivity. Slight dryness or flaking as the skin renews. Rarely, minor irritation for sensitive skin. These effects typically subside within 24–48 hours. Contraindications Microdermabrasion is unsuitable for: Active skin infections, cold sores, or open wounds. Recent chemical peels, laser treatments, or sunburn. Severe rosacea or highly reactive skin. Full payment for any remaining balance is required on the day of treatment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your booking deposit. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restrictions on future booking privileges. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving late risk having their treatment time reduced or their appointment cancelled to maintain scheduled timings for subsequent clients. Booking deposits cannot be refunded in cases of late arrival. Consistent late arrivals may impact your ability to secure future appointments.
