Possible Complications Meso therapy is a safe and effective procedure, though some clients may experience: Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising at injection sites. Contraindications Meso therapy for the décolletage is not suitable for individuals with: Known allergies to ingredients used in mesotherapy solutions. Active infections, wounds, or skin conditions in the treatment area. Autoimmune diseases affecting the skin. Pregnancy or breastfeeding (consult your healthcare provider). Pre-Care Instructions Avoid blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) 48 hours before treatment. Refrain from alcohol consumption for 24 hours prior to the procedure. Cleanse the décolletage and avoid applying any lotions or creams before your session. Inform your practitioner of any medications or medical conditions. Aftercare Guidelines Keep the treated area clean and hydrated with recommended products. Avoid sun exposure and wear sunscreen with SPF 30+ for at least 2 weeks post-treatment. Refrain from applying harsh or active skincare products to the décolletage for 48 hours. Avoid strenuous activities or excessive sweating for 24–48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
