Appointment Terms & Conditions Thank you for choosing NJK Derma. Please review the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. Booking Requirements All treatments require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from your total treatment cost when you attend. Full payment for any remaining balance is required on the day of treatment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your booking deposit. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restrictions on future booking privileges. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving late risk having their treatment time reduced or their appointment cancelled to maintain scheduled timings for subsequent clients. Booking deposits cannot be refunded in cases of late arrival. Consistent late arrivals may impact your ability to secure future appointments. Punctuality ensures optimal treatment delivery and maintains schedule integrity for all clients. Treatment Outcomes & Client Satisfaction Individual responses to aesthetic treatments vary. Specific results cannot be guaranteed as outcomes depend on multiple physiological and lifestyle factors. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. Professional Standards All treatments are performed by a qualified aesthetic practitioner in accordance with professional standards and guidelines. Liability NJK Derma maintains appropriate professional indemnity insurance. Liability is limited to that required by law.
