Service Description
Treatment Overview: This advanced facial combines hydration, exfoliation, and targeted skincare techniques to deliver a dewy, flawless complexion. Designed to smooth texture, improve elasticity, and enhance radiance, it’s perfect for achieving the “glass skin” effect. Pre-Care: Avoid using exfoliants or active ingredients (like retinoids) for 3 days before treatment. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Stay hydrated for optimal results. Aftercare: Use a gentle cleanser and hydrating products. Reapply SPF 30+ daily to protect your skin from UV rays. Avoid intense heat and strenuous activities for 24 hours. Contraindications: Active acne or open lesions. Recent chemical peels or aggressive treatments (within 2 weeks). Known allergies to active ingredients used. Potential Complications: Mild redness or sensitivity may occur but typically subsides quickly. Avoid additional exfoliation for 48 hours. Skin Types Best Suited: Suitable for all skin types, especially dull, dehydrated, or mature skin.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
