Service Description
Treatment Overview: Profhilo delivers pure, stabilised hyaluronic acid into the skin via five strategic injection points on each side of the face. This advanced formulation spreads beneath the surface, deeply hydrating and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. The result is tighter, firmer skin with enhanced texture and elasticity, offering a refreshed, youthful appearance. The treatment is quick, virtually painless, and requires minimal downtime. Precare: Avoid alcohol, aspirin, or other blood-thinning medications 24–48 hours before treatment. Discontinue active skincare products, such as retinol or acids, for one week prior. Ensure the skin is clean and free of makeup on the day of treatment. Aftercare: Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours. Refrain from vigorous exercise, saunas, and sun exposure for 48 hours. Use gentle skincare and apply SPF 50 daily to protect the skin. Avoid active skincare ingredients for one week post-treatment. Contraindications: Active skin infections or inflammation in the treatment area. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Known allergies to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine. Possible Complications: Mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites, which usually resolves within a few days. Rare complications include prolonged swelling or hypersensitivity. Skincare/Benefits: Improves skin hydration, elasticity, and firmness. Stimulates collagen and elastin production for long-lasting anti-aging benefits. Reduces fine lines and enhances overall skin texture. Offers a natural, refreshed look without added volume. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & booking policy Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at NJK Derma. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance. Cancellations & rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments may be moved once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request will require a new deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed. Refunds No refunds are issued once a treatment has taken place. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Nicola directly at bookings@njkderma.com. Late arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full appointment fee remaining payable. Where late arrival prevents the treatment from being carried out safely or in full, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. Consultation fee A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable in full against your treatment programme. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
